Migrate without downtime
Incremental upgrades, backward-compatible contracts and a rollback at every step. Users should never learn that a migration happened.
SDE I at Finzly. I build Angular front ends and Spring Boot services for financial platforms — and make the slow parts fast.

I'm a Software Development Engineer at Finzly, where I build and maintain the Angular front ends and Spring Boot services behind a financial platform. My day tends to span both: a WebSocket stream on the server, the chart that renders it, and the query underneath that makes it fast enough to matter.
The work I'm proudest of is unglamorous. I led an Angular migration across three large applications from v6 to v18 with zero downtime — six major versions of breaking changes, with real customers on the other side the whole time. I also built an internal tool that took configuration management across environments away from spreadsheets and Slack threads, which earned a Top Performer award.
Outside of feature work I go looking for the slow parts: refactoring legacy Java, tuning queries, and trimming payloads. Most recently that came to 15% faster API responses and 20% less server load on the services I own.

Profiles and query plans decide what gets tuned. A 15% latency win beats a rewrite nobody asked for.
The highest-leverage work is often the thing your own team does by hand ten times a week.
Explicit naming, thin controllers, typed boundaries. Code someone else can change safely at 2am.
One role so far, and the things in it that actually moved a number.

Projects I built end to end — the problem, the stack I chose for it, and what actually changed.
An end-to-end billing portal: issue bills, take partial payments, and apply discounts that expire on a clock.
Angular front end over a Spring Boot and MySQL back end. OTP authentication and PDF invoice generation are automated, which cut manual processing time by 30% and improved data accuracy by 25%.
A MERN food-ordering platform with JWT authentication and role-based access for customers, restaurants and admins.
React front end on a Node and Express API backed by MongoDB. Search and filtering are built on React hooks, cutting product discovery time by 20% and lifting engagement.
A property listing platform where owners publish rentals and hear about enquiries the moment they land.
React and Node with full CRUD across 50+ listings. An automated EmailJS pipeline notifies owners instantly on new enquiries, improving response time by 60%.
Chosen for fit, not fashion — and each one I've run in production.
Awards, contests and the practice habit behind them.
